Would Stay Again

The room was everything I needed it to be, quiet, comfortable, and organized. I felt I received good value for price paid. I enjoyed the location, since I only had one full day to explore. Staff was great! The facilities were well maintained. Because Christmas was a few days away, everything was festively decorated.

I really cannot think of anything negative about my stay.

Top beds, top view!

Good location for eating spots, very comfy beds and a great view of the port through the big glass windows.

The bathroom was rather tiny (and no bath) but had everything you need. I would have loved to see black tea/milk and teaspoons provided in the room.

Breakfast was really great, and the beds were nice as well. Very close to the Metro so going places was fairly easy. Right next to Chinatown.

Was some black mold in the bathroom that didn't feel very fresh, and the water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor which was really annoying.

I basically stayed in my room and ate noodles from 7 11 so it was good.

It was good. The 7 11 was super handy.

Convenient location

Location was nearby chinatown and wolmido, bus stop was just outside the hotel which is very convenient. There is also a convenience store within the hotel.

Good location but the room and bathroom are average and very few TV channels and no English news channels.

The location and the floor to ceiling windows.

The late check in. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest we had in South Korea.

All right, but not perfect

I stayed three times within a week at Best Western Harbour Hotel - before, between and after my intended visits of Baengyeong Island and Yeonpyeong Island. So the main reason to book this hotel was, that it is located not far away from the Coastal Ferry Terminal. Another plus is, that it is also close to Incheon Station. Room was adequate and I liked the huge windows from floor to ceiling very much. I was able to store my luggage at the reception, while I was on the Islands.

a) I had put some newspapers and brochures in a drawer of the desk. As i returned back to my room after the first night, the drawer was empty and I found my papers in a disarray in another drawer. That was very strange - why is a room maid looking in the drawers and is putting my belongings into another drawer?! b) My room card was not working two times as i wanted to enter my room and I had to change the card at the reception.

Solid choice for one night stay if you plan to visit Chinatown

The price is worthy. It is right next to Chinatown where we wanted to visit. Not bad for a one night stay while waiting for connection through Incheon airport.

We booked the lunch buffet through the counter but on the next day it was the last minute notice that our reservation did not show up. Additionally the counter staff promised to get a taxi for us but forgot to do so.

Location is very convenient to walk, mostly within 15mins to reach Sinpo Intl Market, Main shopping street, Chinatow. And it's just opposite an art platform. Wolmido & Songwol fairytale are both a short drive away. There's a 7-11 right below hotel and a really interesting cafe nearby - Anchor 1883. It's a convenient and pleasant place if you need to be that area.

Pillow cover had holes and stains on 2 of 4 pillows. Sound proofing not the best.. Dinner not available on weekdays at the restaurant.

Stuck in Incheon's China Town

Right in Incheon's China Town. You can walk everywhere and its easy to get on the subway if you want to go into Seoul. China Town is great with lots to see and do. Also close to the elevated rail out to Wolmi Island and the amusement park. Easy travel to the airport.

Hotel services are nice but limited. It is a business oriented hotel but nice and quiet.

Very Good

Great location, super friendly staff, very clean and the 7-Eleven right next door is super convenient!

Wi-Fi wasn't that great as it kept connecting and disconnecting all the time, beds could be a little more softer but it wasn't too bad

Wonderful

The room had an air purifier and a great view (ocean view room) that was worth booking. The bed was comfortable. The provided amenities were nice too and check in was very quick.

They didn't give me restaurant recommendations when I asked so that was a bit meh.
